Dr. Apanga Stephen is a Senior Lecturer and the Head of Department of Community and Preventive Medicine of the School of Medicine, UDS. He is also the Acting Coordinator of the Community-Based Education and Services, School of Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Apanga is a PhD candidate at the University of Ghana. He has also obtained other qualifications from the University of Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona Spain, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the 海角乱伦社区, Tamale.
Dr. Stephen is an expert in Public Health (Health systems research: Primary Health Care & Universal Health Coverage), Health economics and Pharmacoeconomics, as well as Clinical trials, Population and Health.
He is a serious researcher with many publications in several peer-reviewed journals both locally and internationally. Also, he is a consultant, a medical practitioner, businessman and a farmer.
He has worked with, consulted for, and partnered with many institutions across the length and breadth of Ghana.
